Royal Trek - 7 Days
This trek has been named as Royal trek after Prince Charles of Wales visited through the small hills in early eighties along with 90 entourage. The Royal Trek is highly recommended for family, honeymooners, nature lovers and for those who have never experienced trekking before in Nepal and elsewhere. As the route does not ascend to high altitude, the climate is warmer and the trekkers will have the opportunity to walk through the rice terraced fields, bamboo forests and rivulets. While trekking we have great views of Dhaulagiri, Annapurnas, Manaslu and Lumjung Himalayas. It also gives us an opportunity to explore the villages of the middle hills inhabited by Gurung ethnic people known for bravery in the world.
Itineraries
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1300m.) & transfer to hotel
Day 02: Fly/Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (823m), 7-8 hrs drive
Day 03: Trek Pokhara to Kalikasthan (1,370m)
Day 04: Trek Kalikasthan- Thulokot- Mathi Thana- Naudanda to Syaklung (1,730m)
Day 05: Syaklung to Chisapani Danda (1550m)
Day 06: Trek Chisapani to Begnas Tal & drive to Pokhara
Day 07: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu, 7-8 hrs drive
