Bardia National Park - 3 Days
This park is considered the second largest and most undisturbed area in the Terai after Chitwan Natioanal Park. It is thickly forested by Sal trees, and is carpeted with Elephant grass, savannah and riverine forests. It is regenerated habitat for endangered species like the rhinoceros, wild elephant, tiger, swamp deer, black buck, gharial, crocodile and endangered birds include the Bengal florican, lesser florican, silver-eared mesia and sarus crane.
Itineraries
Day 01: Drive to Bardia National Park & transfer to jungle resort. The guest relation officer briefs on the program with welcome drinks. Visit to Tharu village & observe Tharu cultural dance. Dinner & overnight at lodge
Day 02: Wake up Call, breakfast and then jungle walk for birdwatching. After lunch elephant back safari to view one horned Rhinoceros, Tigers, Deer and other wild animals inside the park. Dinner & overnight at lodge
Day 03: Wake up Call, breakfast and visit to see Dolphin activities. After lunch make departure for Kathmandu.
