River Kali Gandaki (Grade IV-V)
It tumbles down between Mt Dhaulagiri and the Annapurna ranges, through remote canyons and world’s deepest gorge with intense rapids. Starting at Baglung, the trip rafts down to Kamdighat in five or six days. Trips on the Kali Gandaki begins and ends in Pokhara and offers an exciting alternative to the Trishuli,. The run flows 120km and its challenges are full of excitement.
Itineraries
2 Nights / 3 Days
Day 01: Drive Kathmandu to near Beni, river put in point & rafting begins until Modi Khola.
Day 02: Rafting continues until Purti Ghat.
Day 03: Rafting continues until Seti Beni & back to Pokhara/Kathmandu
