Chitwan National Park - 3 Days
The Park is listed as a Natural World Heritage Site and is considered the most popular safari destination in Nepal. It covers a unique ecosystem, containing hills, Ox-bow lakes and flood plains. Dominated by Sal forests the park has 50 species of grasses. The 43 species of animals including the endangered one horned Rhino, Bengal Tiger, Gharials, Crocodile, Gaur, Wild Elephant, four horned antelope, Stripped Hyena, Pangolin, Cobra, Krait and Rattle snake.
Itineraries
Day 01: Drive/ Fly to Chitwan & transfer to jungle resort. The guest relation officer briefs on the program with welcome drinks. Visit to Tharu village & observe Tharu cultural dance. Dinner & overnight at lodge
Day 02: Wake up call, breakfast and then jungle walk for birdwatching. After lunch elephant back safari to view one horned Rhinoceros, Tigers, Deer and other wild animals inside the park. Dinner & overnight at lodge.
Day 03: Wake up call, breakfast and visit Elephant breeding center. After lunch make departure for Kathmandu.
